Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Printofor handles cancellations and refunds. Printofor is a subscription software service issued by a Ukrainian sole-proprietor (FOP). No VAT is charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the renewal of your plan at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period expires. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for time already paid.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If you are not satisfied within that window, email hello@printofor.com and we will review your request. The guarantee applies only if you have not used Printofor to complete any real customer sale; once you have processed even one real paid customer order through Printofor, the subscription is deemed used for its commercial purpose and is non-refundable. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals after the first billing cycle.
Pro-rated refunds on annual plans
If you downgrade an annual plan mid-term after the 30-day window, we will issue a pro-rated credit for the unused months, applied to a future invoice. Cash refunds for partial annual terms are issued at our discretion when the reason is a documented service outage on our part.
Non-refundable items
Metered overage charges, one-time add-on purchases, and any fees paid for periods where the service was used normally are not refundable outside the 30-day guarantee window. A subscription is also non-refundable once you have used Printofor to process one or more real paid customer orders. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
How to request a refund
Email hello@printofor.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times at your bank or card issuer may vary.
