Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply when you use Printofor, its builder, APIs, and any associated services. By using Printofor you agree to this AUP.
Permitted use
Printofor is a business-to-business tool for print shops and their customers. You may use it to design, nest, and export gang sheets for direct-to-film printing; to offer an ordering interface to your end customers via your WooCommerce store; and to integrate with the Printofor engine through the documented plugin and API.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload, process, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene; or that contains malware or other harmful code. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to all artwork processed through your store.
Technical restrictions
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Printofor software or engine; probe, scan, or test the security of the service; circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls; or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users.
Resale and sub-licensing
You may not resell, sub-license, or white-label access to the Printofor engine or API to third parties without a separate written agreement with Printofor. Multi-store plans allow you to run the builder on multiple stores you own and operate; they do not grant the right to resell access as a standalone service.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, without prior notice if the violation is severe or ongoing. We will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy where reasonably practicable. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
