Terms of Service & Public Offer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a public offer (Договір публічної оферти) from the operator of Printofor, a Ukrainian sole-proprietor (FOP), to any person who accesses or uses the Printofor WooCommerce-native DTF gang sheet builder and related services. Paying for a subscription, registering an account, or otherwise using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and forms a binding agreement between you and the operator.

Service description & acceptance

Printofor is a hosted plugin and cloud builder that lets print shops offer a gang-sheet design and ordering experience inside their own WooCommerce store, with irregular auto-nesting and print-ready export. Printofor does not process your customers' payments; your customers pay you directly through your own checkout. By paying for a subscription, registering an account, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Subscription, billing & payment

Printofor is offered on tiered subscription plans priced in USD, billed monthly or annually. Payment is collected by WayForPay and processed by Visa or Mastercard. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The service is issued by a Ukrainian sole-proprietor (FOP) under the single-tax regime; no VAT is charged or collected. Fees are billed in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Delivery

Printofor is an electronic service. Delivery occurs immediately upon successful payment confirmation: your account is activated and access to the builder, nesting engine, and all features included in your plan is granted without delay. There is no physical shipment at any stage of the service. The service is available to customers worldwide; no geographic restriction applies to subscribing or using Printofor.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that period expires. All refunds, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. A cancelled subscription does not automatically generate a refund for time already paid outside the terms of that policy.

Acceptable use, liability & governing law

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
