Your customers pay you, directly through your own WooCommerce checkout, in your currency. Printofor never sits between you and your buyer. Your Printofor plan is a separate, flat monthly fee that you pay us; it never touches your customers' transactions, and we never take a percentage of an order.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time as your volume changes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, with a pro-rated refund on annual plans. There is no lock-in contract.
A sheet is one finished, ordered 22x36 gang sheet - that is 5.5 sqft of print area. Editing, re-arranging, and auto-nesting a sheet as many times as you like is free; only the finished, ordered sheet counts toward your area. You pay for area, not for the number of images on it.
The Free plan lets you run real sheets at no cost. Paid plans start at Starter ($19/mo). Annual billing gives 1 month free - you pay for 11 months and receive 12. Every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the Refund Policy. Requests are reviewed case by case. The guarantee is not available once you have made real sales with Printofor.
No. The standalone Printofor Personalize plan ($40/mo) gives you the whole personalization module: campaigns, the buyer studio on your product pages, and automatic print-ready files for every paid order. If you later start printing film yourself, upgrade to Shop or Pro and get both modules in one subscription.
